All Exhibits are to be delivered to the western door of the Pavilion at Daintree Street, Cloncurry between 1pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday 11th June 2024.
Collection of Items : Items can be collected Saturday evening from 6pm and Sunday morning 8 to 10am. Outside of these times prior arrangement must be made with the section Stewarts
An Entry Tag (supplied with entry form) must be attached to each entry on the bottom right hand front corner and left open for recording.
Bottles may be glass or ceramic.
Bottle must be CLEAN and in good condition. NO CHIPS or CRACKS.
Classes will be further classified at the discretion of the Chief Steward where entry numbers warrant further division.
Exhibits cannot be entered for, or compete in, more than one class.

Collection of Exhibits - exhibits may be collected from the Pavilion between 8 am and 10 am Sunday 15th June 2025. Entries not collected by closing time will be available from the Chief Steward.
First Time Exhibitor - Adult or child, MUST BE first time exhibitor all conditions of entry apply, for exhibitors who are just starting out and who may not meet the minimum requirements.
